CENTER FOR ACADEMIC SUCCESS, INC.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431-02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Center for Academic Success Board of Directors, and to the general public that the Center for Academic Success will hold their regular Board of Directors meeting open to the public on the third Monday of each month at 9:15am. The location will be at 900 Carmelita Drive. The Agenda will be posted at least 24 hours in advance at: Sierra Public Library, 2600 E. Tacoma, Sierra Vista, Arizona; Center for Academic Success Campuses, 900 Carmelita Drive, Sierra Vista, Arizona; Center for Academic Success,: 510 G Avenue and 1415 F Avenue, Douglas, Arizona and 1843 Paseo San Luis, Sierra Vista, Arizona. Additional copies of the Agenda for the meeting will be available at 900 Carmelita Drive, Sierra Vista, AZ and at the Cochise Private Industry Council, 1843 Paseo San Luis, Sierra Vista, Arizona between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
